1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Insuro you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. What Insuro is

Insuro is a digital insurance vault and organisation tool. We are not an insurance broker or insurer. We do not sell insurance products and do not provide financial advice. Our service is for organisation and information management.

3. Beta programme: free access

Insuro is currently in public beta. During the beta period:

  • Access to Insuro Policy Vault is free of charge.
  • The AI policy assistant is included at no additional cost, subject to fair-use limits we may apply to keep the service stable for everyone.
  • Unlimited policies, unlimited document uploads, automated renewal reminders, and the private @insuro.com.au forwarding address are all included.
  • The beta is provided "as is". Features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim for high availability but do not offer a beta-period SLA.
  • When the beta ends, we will give registered users at least 30 days' notice before introducing any paid plans, and we will always maintain a free tier for the core vault functionality you signed up with.
  • We may collect anonymised product-usage telemetry during beta to improve the service. Your policy content, documents, and messages remain private and are never used to train third-party AI models.

3. Accounts

Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. Failure may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Intellectual property

The service and its content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Insuro and its licensors.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Insuro or its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after revisions become effective means you agree to the revised terms.
