1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Insuro you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. What Insuro is

Insuro is a digital insurance vault and organisation tool. We are not an insurance broker or insurer. We do not sell insurance products and do not provide financial advice. Our service is for organisation and information management.

3. Free access

Insuro is provided free of charge. The AI policy assistant, unlimited policies, unlimited document uploads, automated renewal reminders, and the private @insuro.com.au forwarding address are included.

Fair-use limits may apply to keep the service stable for everyone. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We may collect anonymised product-usage information to improve the service. Your policy content, documents, and messages remain private and are never used to train third-party AI models.

3. Accounts

Information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. Failure may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Intellectual property

The service and its content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Insuro and its licensors.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Insuro or its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after revisions become effective means you agree to the revised terms.
