Yes. During our public beta, Insuro Policy Vault is 100% free to use, including the AI policy assistant, unlimited policies, unlimited document uploads, and renewal reminders. No credit card, no trial timer.
We'll give every beta user at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes. Your data stays yours, and we'll always offer a free tier for the core vault. Paid plans will introduce optional advanced features. They will never lock away what you signed up for.
Yes. The AI assistant that answers questions about your policies, summarises documents, and helps you understand coverage is fully included during beta at no cost.
When you sign up, you get a unique private forwarding address like policy-abc123@insuro.com.au. Forward any policy or renewal email to it and Insuro parses the details, files it against the right policy, and reminds you before renewal.
Anything. Car, home and contents, life, income protection, health, pet, travel, landlord, business. If it has a renewal date and a document, it belongs in the vault.
If you want a dedicated vault (not a broker portal or spreadsheet), Insuro is built for Australian policyholders: private @insuro.com.au email ingest, renewal reminders, document storage and an AI assistant that reads your PDFs. It does not sell insurance.
Yes. Forward the email or upload the PDF and Insuro files it against the relevant policy so you can find schedules, certificates of currency and Product Disclosure Statements quickly.
No. Insuro is not an insurance broker, insurer, or financial adviser. We're an organisation tool that helps you keep track of what you already have.
Your policies and documents are private to you. Access is protected by row-level security, documents are stored in a private bucket, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Only if you explicitly connect and approve them. Insuro supports optional sharing with a planner or adviser you trust. You stay in control and can revoke access any time.
Insuro runs in any modern web browser and as a native iOS app. An Android app is on the roadmap.
