Email forwarding
When you forward emails to your unique Insuro address, we process the content to extract policy details. These emails are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our authorised systems.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or delete your account entirely.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. On deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal information within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Insuro is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
