Delete your Insuro account or data

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your policies, documents, forwarded emails, household links and messages. It cannot be undone.

Can't use the app? Email support@cs.insuro.com.au from the email address on your Insuro account, with the subject Delete my Insuro account. To delete only individual records while keeping your account, tell us which ones in the same email.

Please don't send passwords or policy documents by email. We may ask a follow-up question to verify the account is yours before actioning a request. After deletion, your information is removed or anonymised within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
